  • Late or missed payments may incur additional fees

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate project and contact details
  • Ensure safe and accessible working conditions
  • Notify us of any changes to your availability or project scope in advance

4. Property Conditions

We are not responsible for issues related to:

  • Pre-existing damage to ceilings, walls, or structures
  • Asbestos-containing materials (we do not remove asbestos—testing and abatement must be handled separately)
  • Delays caused by conditions outside our control, including weather or site inaccessibility

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from delays, site conditions, or third-party interference
    Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.

6. Warranty

Any warranties on workmanship or materials (if applicable) will be stated in the service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, water intrusion, or alterations made after service completion.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • Unsafe or inappropriate conditions exist
  • The customer breaches agreed payment terms
  • Misconduct or unreasonable behavior occurs

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wake County, NC.
